How exactly do I use special attacks like throwing?

Yeah, throwing is planned, but not implemented yet. As for normal martial arts specials (such as blocks/kicks/etc.) they happen automatically when you fight if you can use them.

One more thing, ever since 0.8 came out, evac shelters seem to have about one whole cubic nothing in their basements. Is that something you guys did, or do I just have incredibly abysmal luck?

Also, what skills do I need to be able to make a stone axe?

Nothing has been changed about evac shelters spawning items since like before .7 IIRC, so yeah, it’s just bad luck.

Also stone axes use survival for their rolls but require construction 1 at the current moment.
