So I saw a car in the water near a bridge, thought it would be cool to swim to it, to see if I could stand on it. Maybe make a weird base there… Then when I got off, I kept getting the error in the title. Every single turn of movement I get that bug…
I managed to stop it, by jumping in another car, and then hopping out of it. but it took a lot of turns to get to that car, Kind of sucked…
Thought I should post anyway just so someone may fix it one day 
I guess its not that urgent… Just stay out of cars in rivers.
