Loot options

We need an option to change how much loot is spawned, since im far too lazy to rage that there is too much :stuck_out_tongue: so nobody can say there is too much or too little.

[size=8pt]In the recent experimental builds, there is a item spawn scale from 0.1 to 1.0 that enables more or less items/loot to be spawned in the world.[/size]

Oh my bad, i havent checked on experimentals in a while because i cant get them to compile something to do with SDL.h :stuck_out_tongue:
