It’s one wing at most, and no mutagen is involved. 
Extra-long bungee cord!
Rocket jumping! Or… throw explosive at ground, time jump well and get pushed up/away slightly by explosion and maybe have a softer-ish landing 
or you know get the aperture science boots. just remember feet first.
