Is it possible to have a food item that gives a bonus morale boost when you’re drunk/tipsy?
How would it setup as a mod if so?

Do you mean like having pizza’s bonus be larger because your character is inebriated?

Say 5 normally, but 10 when drunk.
because pretzels go best with beer.
