Integrated toolset charges not being decreased properly

I played the few days back Build on my desktop.
Will share a Screenshot when I am bacl on the desktop.

Basically, if I stood close to a vehicle amd repaired it gave the option of (Integrated toolset/charges nearby)

If I used that option, no charge would be reduced from my bionic power.

Like said, screenshot follows maybe 6-8 hrs from now
