Bug Report - Charge not deducted

When I start with integrated toolset and repair a vehicle, it lets me select where charge is coming from.
First option (charge on person) doesnt deduct from my characters battery pool.

Is this bug still present? It’s been a while.
These also happens with all repairs consumables: welder charge, duct tape, etc…

Are you sure you meant charge on person not a charge nearby?
