system of chatge by cable bionics use tors (10 slots) but i can not understand how to use them. can i run car with dead battery with this bionics installed? i tryed - fail. maybe i did not seen somewhat? i haved full charge of my internal battery and my internal battery capacity is about 7000.

I found and install very strange augmentation... err i mean bionics
