bionics use tors (10 slots)

but i can not understand how to use them.
can i run car with dead battery with this bionics installed? i tryed - fail. maybe i did not seen somewhat?
i haved full charge of my internal battery and my internal battery capacity is about 7000.

Someone added a Cable Charger System CBM, which lets you charge your bionic power from a vehicle. That’s something I’ve always wanted but I never really thought about. Goodbye power troubles!

pity if not present CBM for powering devices from internal power source. i mean connect char to car with cable and start engine with died battery. it will be good day for all
