How do I find the fire code?

After much searching and searching attempts, I couldn’t find the fire code. I had an idea for a project and for this I need a fire code. can I find out how to find it?

Do you look for fire spread, creating fire, burning up material, extinguishing fire, explosions, …

I am interested in the fire itself. I’m interested in how much I can change it. For example, if I set fire to a house, can I change the speed of propagation in the fire code? or what he will leave behind, not just ashes?
