I tried that, I think the mass of the moose just wouldn’t let me go anywhere =P That’s what I was hoping would happen but it didn’t end up that way. Either that or I was too messed up from eating moose antler to properly drive, despite having control of the car.
Nope, it’s just a holdover code from a time back before firepits existed (for that matter do we have official firepits now instead of just deep pits? Because we really need them if we don’t).
More Survival Tools. o3o
A survivor with a superalloy battle rifle told me to get the hell out of here, so I did. She then proceed to shoot me in the back of my chest and ohko me through my swat armor.
Did you gtfo, or come back for your stuff?
also, Im not entirely sure, but I think those npcs remember you, i.e. if you run into them, again they turn hostile like you tried to reequip your stuff.
Pretty new to the late game. Not used to surviving for more than a season (Set 30 days). It’s uncommon if I survive more than a week. Usually, I die on the first or second raid of the city (just 'cause I want all of the goodies and get overwhelmed by the fifty zombies that I attract).
Got a suit of winter survivor armor, nearly finished with the winter. Had at least 3k powdered eggs and 500 dehydrate meat (among other food). Read books for all of my skills.
Took on a zombie grenadier with a katana. I figured that I would die, but it’s also 2:30am, and I need to go to bed.

“doesn’t matter if i die, i gotta go to sleep anyway”
best survivor dies
go to bed
get no sleep thinking about all the different ways you could’ve approached the situation
“should’ve savescummed while i still could”
mourn over dead survivor till morning
Sounds like a typical end of a CDDA run to me.
Tear gas. much more deadly than first anticipated.

Haha, totally just went back to the scene of the crime as I spawned a new character in the Infected Scenario that was near the scene of my death. Turns out, I killed the Zombie Grenadier, and a 1st day character has enough food and water to last a year, an electric super mobile, perfect condition survivor armor (normal and winter), and a recharging station filled with goodies.
I ain’t ashamed to admit that it was a save scum.
Flesh Angel this time.
I went into a peculiar shrine, and thought that the game had frozen when I started fighting one. I closed it, started it up again, later to be killed (all over again, I presume).
Too much speed and fungus. Game crashed, lost 4 days. Im ripped.
There were two necromancers, a zombie master and a hulk among the chaff. I had a car and was happily kiting and skirting the zombie horde. Had to destroy the necromancers first. Saw my chance and drove up through the mass to get a few good shots off. One down, speeding in reverse. All’s good. There’s 4, maybe 5 zombies in front of the other necromancer. Of course I decide to drive through them and of course the car slows to a halt. The mob closes in, and I’m having trouble getting moving. Whip out the deagle.44 and I’m clearing a path - it’s worked well before - but I didn’t count on damage to the rear. Specifically the gas tank. Car explodes… game crashes. The autosave puts me back just before I began that raid. This is gonna be fun…
I spawned into a surrounded start world right next to a maintaince station. The resulting shocker zombie demolished my body.
Hmm i was shooting car gas tanks and one did explode and game crashed just like yours wonder why its crashing hopefully its an easy fix.
Should i pr it or is it a known issue at the moment i cant check at the moment im on me phone

You were delicious.
did you try looking less like a spider MRE meal filled with delicious juices? Bugs that they normally feast on have those hard carapaces and your over there with your soft velvety skin.
Could be worse. Could’ve been eaten by the also-new giant rattlesnake.
Whats the Giant rattlers poison effect? Also would you like to add the tarantula hawk?
The Spider/other prey animal/insect is alive, but paralyzed when the larva hatch inside and eat their way out.
I can think of no more evil creature well suited for harassing the late game survivor than these guys girls. They are the reason the normally gentle tarantulas have a tendency to rear back on their back four legs and attack things that make them uncomfortable…trying to protect that back from giant stingers…
And if they aren’t scary enough for you yet, they carry the paralyzed spider (usually heavier than the halk IIRC) back to their den where they drag them underground and inject the larve.
Summery: The larva keep the victim alive as long as possible avoiding eating vital organs till last and the sting itself…
However, the sting—particularly that of P. grossa—is among the most painful of any insect, though the intense pain only lasts about three minutes.[5] One researcher described the pain as “…immediate, excruciating pain that simply shuts down one’s ability to do anything, except, perhaps, scream. Mental discipline simply does not work in these situations.”[3] In terms of scale, the wasp’s sting is rated near the top of the Schmidt sting pain index, second only to that of the bullet ant
I found a humvee to replace my security van. it was on a bridge.
I ran over the ecrusted zombie. then I began my swap over.
While moving my guns (this was a 3 melee 2 bashing 0 shooting character) I saw a survivor swinming down the river to me. They had a single barrel shotgun.
'Hey friend. Lookin wet’
paddling to me ‘Fuck you dildoseez, put your hands up!’
Nope. Dropped my rucksack full of guns, got out my M1xx rifle, put my sawed off at the ready, and began aiming.
By aiming I mean missing. Oh, sure I did close to 100 damage, but no headshots, and once he got onto land I got my rump handed to me.
the guy swam up river to pwn me
