Halluncination breaks windows, and NPC shoots at it

I have the schizofrenic trait. I was hallucinating me a zombie outside the evac shelter. THen it broke through the window of the evac shelter. Then the starting NPC fired at it.
And then it disappeared, with the “was it just a halluncination?” message .
