Fails: they only cover the basic five from Martial Arts Training. Books in boxing gyms can teach Boxing and rarely Muay Thai.

I’ve been wondering, TheFlame: How many times has Marloss Man Reborn been died and been revived via save states?

Not counting testing other things, I think maybe 5-6 times. The only ones I can remember are dying to a friendly tankbot, dying after being surprised by a chicken walker, and dying to the all-consuming mutant abilities bug.

Eeeh. I’ll leave it there as a challenge, but seeing as it’s a mod, you would probably have to make a new world or edit your old save. Challenges that require a new character are a no-no: this is about getting ONE character to godhood. You can do it if you want, but I’m not putting it in the OP.

I’ve been playing for 5 in-game years on one character, I played at a time when labs were packed with zombies (and therefore cash cards), I picked up every cash card I have ever seen, and I only have 300,000 so far. A billion is absolutely impossible.
