The jury-rigged fusion blaster arm has the “EXPLOSIVE” property.
The CBM weapon doesn’t.
Not entirely sure it was supposed to be reversed or not there at all.
I’d be OK with giving the arm the explosive flag, but the blast should probably be tuned down a bit.
(The rifle can keep the larger one: less controlled = more dangerous.)
