Fleet Footed does nothing!

I’ve been experimenting recently and I’ve noticed that fleet Footed makes no difference to the characters I have created.I distinctly remember that in early versions Fleet Footed gave you and obvious speed bonus. I see no speed increase no move cost bonus absolutely no difference to character without fleet footed at all! Is this just me or has anyone else noticed this.

I’m using Windows version 0.4

Just made a character with jeans and sneakers (neither fitted) and had 95 base movement cost without and 79 with (quick debug check) and that is a sizable difference on it’s own.

I guess I was drunk with tiredness last night or something XD. I see the difference now, case closed
