Feature request: contextual move-examine

Basically, walking into a not-empty impassable container (fridge/shelf/dresser) 'e’xamines it.

hmm, I’ll take a look at the code, it seems like a straightforward enhancement, and I can’t think of anything it interferes with off the top of my head.

I don’t know if looks actually require time. If so, it might be that you don’t want to waste time for attempted moves into a place you can’t move?

A bit of an edge case admittedly.

Nah, examining is a free action. All costs are assigned via the internal if statements.
