Simply the option to commit suicide with items on you. and inflicting a garunteed critical hit. And its pretty hard to commit suicide while wearing power armor.
-Guns= they automatically hit your head and headshot
-Bucket= You kick the bucket,
-Katana= You commit most honorable Seppuku
-Spoon= You spoon yourself.
and other things, mainly for all the quirky dialog.

I agree that detailed description looks fun but comic, but there should be option to throw weapon upward, so it hits you while falling.
