The book “All About Swords” is unable to be read. all other books I’ve tried so far works, but the All About Swords gives me no skill for reading it, no option of studying it, and no forwarding of time.
EDIT: This was a brand new character, no skill in cutting. i redownloaded the same experimental build and used debug menu to spawn a “All About Swords” on this time it did give me the option to study cutting and such
