Pretty self-explanatory. Would not disassemble the entire vehicle, but the entire tile you’re hovering over, so that you don’t have to hunt around for parts that are connected to each other to remove them in the proper order. Primarily for convenience and to cut out tedious clicking-frenzies when you need to rip apart vehicles that are blocking a bridge, etc.
