The interface is pretty bad right now in there. A search function, or even a page down function, would greatly improve it in my opinion.
Well, if it was easy to use then people would always cheat.
You can search, using the / key then typing the name of the item you want.
That being said, changes to the wish menu and whatnot are the lowest possible priority, it’s meant as a debug tool and functions adequately for that.
I wouldn’t mind a spawn building/house function. Make it easier to test new (rare) buildings.
