Debug command: build custom vehicle

For purposes of debugging only, add a Build Custom Vehicle option to the debug menu which lets you create a vehicle as though you have infinite time, parts, tools, batteries, skill, etc.

My god, how did Ekarus build his RMCC without this?
Good idea though.
But, I think people just use jason files to do this already.
But still that’d be pretty cool.

About sixteen hours of spawning materials from the debug menu with a solar-powered welding rig behind me. I have no life.

Too bad he can’t drive it because his computer is crappy (he told me this) and the CPU and FPS is really wonky.
