It would be amusing if a dragonblood mutant was in it. o3o

Post it and will see.

Alright, lemme get it again…this time I’m gonna look at the point costs of those mutations to see what point cost would make sense.

    {
        "type": "profession",
        "ident": "dragonblood",
        "name": "Dragonblood",
        "description": "You are not human. Not entirely, at least. No, you have the blood of a dragon running through your veins.",
        "points": 3,
        "traits": [
            "SCALES",
            "WINGS_BAT",
            "TAIL_THICK",
            "CLAWS",
            "FANGS",
            "LIZ_EYE",
            "FORKED_TONGUE",
            "HISS",
            "CARNIVORE"
        ],
        "items": {
            "both": [
                "pants",
                "longshirt",
                "socks",
                "boots"
            ],
            "male": [
                "boxer_shorts"
            ],
            "female": [
                "bra",
                "panties"
            ]
        }
    }

Scales: 6
Thick Tail: 3
Claws: 2
Fangs: 2

Total: 13

Bat Wings: -1
Hissing Voice: -1
Carnivore: -4

Total: -6

That would mean a point cost of 7 from the mutation values, which is…insane. Not sure what other traits to add on to adjust this.

Night vision and Tough would make it cost only 3 points. It still makes sense,reptiles see better at night and are dragons are tough. Seem good?

Would interact oddly with the traits screen though, if I recall. Unless they fixed that.

Either way…actually picking a less OP trait in place of scales could work, but replacing reptilian eyes doesn’t affect the point cost. It’s reptilian IR that has a point cost.

We can always just give it more items,like a sword and sheath.

That would fit the character I’m basing it own. However…I need an excuse to LOWER the point cost, not raise it.

Or the items could be used to justify the high point cost.

That could work, admittedly…lemme see. Einen moment.

If you are happy with this design I would gladly added to the mod.
Installation was a success.

Ah, yay. <3

And now back to my usual breaking of the source code.

                "balclava",
                "hoodie",
                "footrags_wool",
                "diving_watch",
                "survivor_belt",

                "pants_cargo",
                "waterskin",
                "duffelbag"
            ]
        }
    }

Jack of all trades implemented.

You’re a jack of all trades with no skills? I was expecting something like a single point in most crafting skills. o3o

it was, but between the utility belt,diving watch, and starting with a duffel bag… they were balanced out… :expressionless:

Guess that makes sense, though…hmm. If one trades the duffel bag for a messenger bag, the diving watch for a wrist watch, and the survivor belt for the tools contained, I wonder how many skills that’d be worth. Maybe 1 each in fabrication, construction, and mechanics?

Here’s something that I wanted to put into my mod but never got around it. You can use it if you want :smiley:

Reposting this because this is exactly the sort of mod I’ve been hoping for! (Re)introducing the Parkour Practitioner. Like the Ballroom Dancer profession, only cooler. Martial artist build suggested.

Since this is going a bit slow, I will post the mod right now with the classes posted here. Thank you for contributing and spread the word if you want more. Go to the OP.
