Changing season length in exiting game?

Does going to current world during an already running game allow you to change season length? I like realistic 91-day seasons, but don’t want to restart the game.

Changing the season length takes place instantly upon exiting the menu, IIRC. Some times such as food decay based on the previous season length may not change, but if you’re on Day 92 of a game with 30 days seasons and switch to 91 day seasons, it will suddenly become summer and the blueberry shrubs will bloom.
