I was messing with the font size before i played the game because my mother wanted to play it as well and once it got to a certain point the game crashed my macbook so I had to restart it. After that the game no longer starts and it increased the font for my macbook on everything. I can’t reinstall the game or delete any of its files thanks to neither of us having the password for the admin account since all the sudden it requires the password to mess with it and can’t recover it via recovery mode

Changing game settings such as in-game font size or typeface could not affect your OS settings whatsoever.
You can reset game settings to default values by deleting its config folder.

To change your mac font settings, go to settings -> display, and there in the ‘scaled’ option there are a few different sizes you can pick.
