CDDA 2452 SDL performance problems

In experimental version 2452 I am experiencing minor performance problems with some UI elements. There are no problems with most of the game, but some of them react slowly and move at a low framerate. It’s most noticeable on the health bars that fly off enemies when you hit them. I’ve tried changing the “animation delay” setting in graphics settings and using software rendering but neither of those helped. The last version I played was 2441 and everything was fine there.
It’s fine with software rendering on, I forgot you have to restart for it to take effect.
