Can't reload SKS

If i try to reload my SKS (with shoulder strap) with a 7.62x39mm clip with 7.62x39mm 57-N-231s (10) then the game states: “Can’t reload the || SKS+1”
Also if the clip is empty the game gives an error message:
“Error: Tried to get first ammo in container not containing ammo”

an unfortunately known error, not aware of a pull to fix it at this time. See this git link to follow the most recent report I found.
