Bugs in experimental

Not sure if these were fixed, but I was playing maybe around 4700, and there were a few bugs:

Triffid (or fungal, don’t remember) zombies would sometimes turn into themselves or something, not game breaking.

Wheels could not be removed nor added to vehicles.

If one reloaded a battery object from a nearby storage like a trunk, and the pile was not big enough to fill the device, the pile would remain. Was easy to duplicate almost 400 batteries at a time by unloading/reloading batteries.

Not a bug I assume, but doors to hallways in the labs can intersect rooms. I can open a hall door and die to a turret QQ

Edit: Also for a message error, not a bug: Applying an ergonomic grip uses the term “weapon” when it says “X is not a weapon.” I’m pretty sure a broadsword is a weapon. Firearm would be a better choice of words.
