I hesitate to put this in Bugs because it’s more of a balancing issue…
but should a broth made from soy sauce really be as nutritious as a protein shake made with Fruit and Protein powder?

The broth tries to be a crafting ingredient and a comestible at the same time. Balancing it properly can’t be done just by adjusting the nutrition.
The best way would probably be to make the recipe create 2 or 4 doses of broth and cost variable number of ingredients rather than the current 1 of anything. An egg (~40 nutrition) should produce more broth than cooked dandelion (12 nutrition?).
I was just trying to suggest an easy option in the interim.
I don’t know if they system can handle variable output in a single recipe at the moment so maybe dividing it into thin broth and rich broth might be better, though that would require modifying all the recipes that use it.
