Break contribution forum up into 3 forums

  1. released mods. So 1 thread per released mod. So people can discuss particular mods. Or possible a mod author with many can have 1 thread
  2. mods in development. to discuss mods someone wants to develop. give ideas or if the person is asking for help
  3. development discussions

The mod and contribution forum is pretty cluttered. If we separate it out and organize it, I think it will be easier for everyone.

We already really have that as 3. is the drawing board and 2 is the Lab. Released mods will probably be stickied (or made into a master list sticky thread) when there becomes enough of them. At the moment, I just don’t think there’s enough stuff to warrant such a split.
