I like it so far, I only use precise aim for the most part anyway with my pneumatic bolt rifle.
For now it is comparable to pre nerf situation except you always have to aim to the max but you almost alway have to do it. Before nerf quickdraw was a thing. Now it is not.
But firearm definitely usable.
