A notification when you level up a skill

Something I find sort of annoying is that you don’t know when you level up a skill unless you open up your character information screen. It would be nice if there was something like a message that appears when that happens, I think. Something like “Your [] skill has increased to n!” maybe.

Just a small suggestion.

The game would surely benefit from this, I guess coders could just use it the same way that books inform the player of the skill percentage and when they level up.

I like to keep track of all my crafting recipes (Still kinda noobish) and I have no idea I leveled up so forget to check for new skills… : P
And it’s just nice to know that you can finally mix up those drugs you never could before.
