Chain lightning CBM uses “Rifles” skill to determine damage. That’s stupid. I can barely imagine that: someone trains all day and all night by shooting from their trusty A7 Laser rifle, and then, after they grinded the skill to level 20, they can SHOOT GODDAMN LIGHTNINGS which overkill a whole mall in two-three “shots”.
I take it you would prefer no skill used?
Plain marksmanship? Although if that’s already counted, no skill would be just fine. Chain lightning probably isn’t quite that easily targetable.
