i mod my hand bullet press with extended battery mod and in crafting menu within receipt i see “red” bullet press.
BUT i cheat (get new bullet press from cheat menu) and voila - its stand “green” and craft ok.
for some reason craft not see modded bullet press. btw bullet press with mod installed get new name “bullet press+” - maybe this fact plays ungood role?
