Specifically seen with an npc wielding a marlin 35.a. When it attempted to reload, several debug messages occurred, and the npc’s head imploaded immediately. The rifle could be fired and reloaded without incident by the PC.
Edit: yes, it’s probably just the magazine overhaul.
