I somehow managed to get a single round of “Placeholder Ammunition” while applying mods to an A7 laser rifle. If it matters, the rifle is being powered by a UPS bionic, but I hadn’t fired it recently. As far as I can tell, it just seemed to appear after I removed a recoil stock.
