Windows that would usually open and close and that have curtains can no longer open once you rip the curtains off.

Known complaint. We’ve had piles of reports and whining about it, the “fix” would be tedious and require duplicative JSON which, apparently, nobody has the time or inclination to put together.
So instead, we ask that you just keep in mind that curtains and openable windows go together. Or go through and make separate terrain entries and cross-reference openable windows w/o curtains. But don’t file it as a bug report, thanks.
Oops, sorry. I’ll look for (and at) a list of reported bugs before posting next time.
