Where to find high quality lenses?

I am 50+ days into a game and have yet to find high quality lenses or a way to craft them. I have the recipe for the CBM: Cranial Flashlight but without the lenses it’s no bueno. Am I missing something or just have bad luck?

You can disassemble certain things to get them. So far the only thing I have found that gives them is CBM: Cranial Flashlight…

So to get the component to craft a Cranial Flashlight I need to disassemble a Cranial Flashlight. Got it.

You can kill Eyebots with EMP grenades to get some.
