Where is the rebar?

2093 build here; can’t find any rebar at all. Burning buildings, cleaning rubble after building has burnt, and smashing walls all accomplished nothing.

Rubble covers up items, now. You have to clear it out with a shovel.

I had the same problem. I needed to grep the sources to find it.

It’s in “concrete wall” type structures and columns. Those are quite hard and I don’t think they burn, so you might need explosives (dynamite is enough).
They can be found near army bunkers and I think in science labs.
