Wheelchair Hand rims and electric motor

I request that we be able to put an electric motor and hand rims in the same tile. This would be so that if an electric wheelchair ran out of juice the person could still move. IRL there are things such as electric assisted wheelchairs and these would be cool to. These would not have a vehicle controls but would have hand rims and use less stamina.

hmmm… how about small electric motor only instead of regular sized? point is it needs to fit under your seat, and while you can imagine a full sized motor fitting under a seat in a regular car because the seat is off the ground a bit, but a wheel chair is pretty close the ground.

All I was using was a small electric motor. Though, you also need to be able to control the speed a bit better.
