I think it might have had something to do with Z’s obsessively smashing a Humvee into it’s component materials while I slept in the subway underneath, it took along time (IRL) to process it, freezing the game.
Saving/quiting/reloading fixed it.

Not too sure if it’s a thriller. If it is, I’d have encountered a corpse at this point.
Whatever the case may be, on that pic that was just a third of the hulks I encountered on that night. On the kill screen 181 hulks have been killed, and about 70-80% of those have been encountered in groups.
Anyways, still using the desert eagle. 300 bullets left. Removing the pistol bayonet for most part seems to have removed that recoil state on further shots. Can reliably kill hulks one on one with it. Running away from hulks still needed.
I’m sure you’ll find the Thriller’s remains eventually. I can see so no other sane explanation for Hulkamania.
Alright so Victor finally managed to clear out the first basement of the old Cleansing Flame chapterhouse. Aside from the corpses of his brothers of the order he got some excellent artifacts, namely full chainmail and an incorruptable sword, removing the need to make one himself. I have found the upright weapon in the boarded up room, and i understand that shennanigans happen here somehow, but i am not sure how to interact with the sword.
It can be knocked over by smashing it, or deconstructed if you’re feeling silly. o3o
Surprisingly, fighting fire with fire, if you decide to power that sword, might be more useful than I expected it to be.
The reason isn’t that burning a fire monster is a bright idea, it’s that one-in-a-million chance of the vorpal technique showing up.

Tried to attach a UPS conversion mod to a UPS out of curiosity and got back a snarky message. Too bad, I was thinking about making several and charging them with the internal UPS bionic + metabolic interchange + a pile of scrambled eggs. Then I could turn the internal UPS bionic off and run all my UPS modded weapons and tools and crap off my hoarded egg-power.
