What's Happening in YOUR Randomly-generated Apocalypse?

Does anyone know how to scroll down on item pages (I mean when you are in your inventory and you select the item, with all the things u can do with it on the side)?

Quite a bit of luck, again. First, encountered a crash site. Just zombie soldiers, except one dropped a pretty damaged power armor. Then I headed south and encountered migos. Human corpses have gone and decayed to nonexistence, sadly, but there was a power armor helmet.

In general, I pretty much rarely use power armor, but it’s nice to know that I have it on display.

And I love spider basements and their lovely rare drops. Battle rifle conversion kit, and a portal generator.

My alter ego, evening of day 5.

Since my last posting, I killed a second moose which refused to leave me alone (but there’s at least 4 more that I know of - one to the north of the shelter, two on the road from the shelter to the cabin and one to the southeast of the cabin).

I’ve also seen that I was extremely lucky with my earlier raids - there is a gang of Zs bashing a car just next to the house and sporting store I looted. I decided to skirt this area completely and went around the north side - picked up some food from a fast food, spotted a river to the north and promptly retreated since there’s a corrosive Z in the area.

On the way back, I discovered two straggler zombies. Avoiding them, I spotted a wreckage right next to a minefield sign. Browsing there in the darkness wouldn’t be wise, so I went back to the evac shelter. Also discovered that the road bends make good stash spots - sufficiently far away from the city that the Zs are no longer a bother even in the day and sufficiently close to the shelter that I can go and pick stuff up.

I awoke during the day so used it to scout to the east. There were four crates just beyond the crossroads - I pried the covers off to discover a superalloy MBR, a kevlar vest, combat boots, winter army clothes, some explosives, a gun and mismatched ammo. Most of it is still there since it’s so far away from my base. I did haul the MBR back the next day, though.

Going to the cabin and back to cook takes some time, though. I need to find a way to cook in the shelter or close to it. And I really could use a cart or a wheelbarrow, the low max weight hurts.

On 45 day seasons, summer has arrived.

Found an ice lab somewhat far north of my current base. I may move in once I get a car made. The path towards that place is somewhat clear, though it will make trips to the outpost somewhat long. Still, preserving meat and whatnot will be a real boon.

Already got something in mind for a car. There’s a light tank in the outskirts of the town near my base, and I’ll butcher it for parts.

Aw, nuts. Ice lab has a massive horde coming from up north. So many blinking Zs on the map.

I NEED HELP i want to play the game so i downloaded it i tried to register but what the backer key did have to back it on kickstarter to play? i thought it was free and if i did register how do i start up the game and even begin to play! plz halp me

Hmm. The horde has spawned, so there’s nothing I can do but slip out during the night. It’s a horde filled with freaking hulks everywhere, so I’ll have to wait before taking them all on.

I did download a map and it showed a somewhat nearby lab, and upon going there revealed that it’s another ice lab. It’s really far away, but as it turns out thanks to the tourist map I had it shows that the roads connected to it will lead towards the open field with the large power station that’s my base.

So, time to build a car. There was a number of military barricades I’ve cleared, and their trucks would provide military composite plating. Fuel and an engine is in the base. There’s a light tank I can strip for it’s treads. And a wrecked cargo truck that holds enough repairable cargo carriers.

Main problem is all those cars are far apart from each other, so I’ll have to piece my car together on the move. I’ll take apart one of the military trucks for the frames, cart some back to base, and piece together the first few parts and drive it around to collect the other parts. …though first I’ll have to find some acetylene torches to help speed up piecing the car together.

Once that’s done I’ll grab all the junk I want from the substation base and move to the ice lab and clear the area out.

You shouldn’t have to register anything. >_>

Download it, it’ll be a zip file, unzip that, the exe is in it. :V

I’m a cannibull!

Disclaimer:I totally did not make a character just to make this lame pun.

wow that was the smallest lab ever
2 floors top floor was 3x3 map tiles…
and nothing around to let me escape D:

Does it really count unless you’re eating a burger? o3o

Good point:

The Mycus is at it again, aren’t they?

I’ve decided that my gang’s role at the Tacoma Commune will be to run the gas station. Currently working on filling the first keg with bio-diesel…
