Why can’t I just craft a hauling frame anyway?
And seriously, will someone do something about the helmets? It’s been like this forever and it’s stupid as hell. I’m very close to just saying fuck it and wishing one up.
I have begun my training with Shoggoth-sensei. Throughout this hard winter, I shall spend every day honing my hand-to-hand skills under the tutelage of this sublime alien master.
(Electroshock unit and a decent melee skill means that I can stun-lock the poor thing.)

How do you check the overall drop rate of an item? Is there a file with “power armor hauling frame” and a number next to it somewhere? I’ve just been teleporting into army stores and bunkers over and over savescumming just to see if I can see one drop and it’s just not happening.

I actually have the best luck with anything power armor related in spider basements. Which means foregoing the fun method of clearing them… fire.

Just noticed that a number of professions dont start with outer clothing, or are missing some. Examples include SWAT and SWAT CQC, who both are missing outer clothing, Bionic Operator (no shirt, but do have a coat), Bionic Soldier (no shirt, but do have a coat), Arecheologist (no shirt, although they do have a jacket), National Guard (no pants, excepting the ones in the Go bag), and probably many more besides.
I just took a cross-map trip on my Tomahawk, in the middle of a thunderstorm, to reach the refugee center’s ranch a little over 100 tiles away (directly). Road network took me through four cities and several lovely encounters, nearly got me killed once or twice, but got me a pretty solid profit. Plus, now I have an outlet for my multiple thousands of two-by-fours. Getting that motorcycle has probably been the best thing to happen to me yet in Cataclysm since I started playing it.
As an aside, what do these RX12 jet injectors do? I’ve avoided drugs entirely so far, and I don’t really want to risk a character that’s going this well to addiction or anything of the sort.

Dont worry to much about addiction. You won t get addicted that easily.
From my experience even consuming heroin once or twice doesn t guarrantee addiction. And should you get addicted you can shake of the effect quite efficiently if you have a safe heaven and food to wait out the withdrawl.
Drugs that counter pain as well as stimulants like adrenalin rx12 or meth can actually save your life . If your in a pinch you should consider taking some.

If i am annoyed with something like that… i will debug the item into the game. If i am going to cheat i ll do it the quick way.

To actually answer your question, Jet injectors are basically stimpacks from fallout. grand things for keeping alive during “OH SHIT” moments.
Found a rattling snake, which initialy inflicts pain and degenerates your body alittle, it summons the truely most terrifying creature early, giant wasps.
and they’re your friends
then found a …basic power armor helmet
