Unable to build a car yet. Surrounded by cities and forests, and haven’t found a vehicle I can butcher for parts.

I tried the tank mod and it crashed my game awhile back… It may have been because I either didn’t install it correctly, or have way too many mods. Maybe the combination of the two…
Could’ve also been a commit or two ago. Then again…do any of your other mods edit mapgen files?

I’ve been busy reading and conducting night raids. And, apparently, developing magnetism.
After building some armor out of duct tape and kevlar, I’ve travelled to a laboratory to hopefully find more CBMs for my Six Million Dollar Survivor.

and noped out. Came back the next day with a bottle of booze for my ethanol burner and a machine gun and still haven’t found anything particularly good.
And it’s a cold lab, too! Now I’ll have to use my temperature-normalizer thingy, which will eat up even more power than my implanted night vision is already. I’ll have to eat a bunch of batteries or something, I guess.
On the plus side, the turrets can’t even get past my light survivor suit. That’s one hurdle out of the way.

EDIT: An animatronic fox has been slowly figuring out my base is just down the road. No, no booty for you. There will only be powder and shot.

I took a picture of it’s ‘Courtyard’, which had a some tents (Some are still there, but damaged) before I took them.
Well, moved my save over to build 3438, seems to be working so far. I should try and find a tank…

I meant the building with the rock floor. There’s no roof there. You can put a funnel on that floor and collect water.
