Ooh, I’ll have to watch this. owo

EDIT: Wow, those bandits gave zero shits about a ghost opening the door and chucking C4 onto the dining room table.

Yep, Absolutely NOTHING with the Optical Cloak. I’m currently scavenging everything from the Filthy Bandits… Even their clothing!
Shame I filled up the entire truck, Good thing I have some cargo carriers to replace the trunk but sadly, My Moral is VERY Low to replace them after killing the bandits…

Honestly, They were bandits! They Deserved to die!

Cheeki breeki.

Awesome, I am tiling an optical cloak right after I type this.

Edit: Here ya go.

Cool!

Neat. I really should work on another MShockModded tileset update. When/if my tank mod ( https://github.com/CleverRaven/Cataclysm-DDA/pull/12923 ) is merged, I’ll need to sprite forklift arms, among other things.

How does the Optical Cloak’s energy usage compare to the cloak CBM? The CBM is quite energy intensive, even with 16K bionic energy…

Starting off a new game, managed to scrounge a few books from the library before the starter NPC got mobbed. She had TWO pickaxes. And so much crap I couldn’t loot most of it, had to run like hell. Found a garage, working beetle in it. Had to cauterize a zombie bite, but now…time to get outta dodge, pronto.

EDIT: OHGODWHAT WHY IS THE HOUSE ON FIRE?

Started a school start scenario.

First five times I died, then I managed to get a survivor going… cleared out the school, and then the town, using a wood axe, and then some guns from the starting npc. The home hardware store… has a lot of zombies in it, including two corrosive zombies that seem to have upgraded from the normal zombies.

Found a friendly npc, and with the new NO_NPC_PICKUP zone, put him in my main base.

Zombies are lot tougher now that they have the grab attack, and corrosive zombies are nasty.

I’ve yet to use the Cloak CBM, and the Optical Cloak don’t use that much energy, Through the Entire raid of the base I still had plenty of power left, even though it was slowly decreasing…

Then again, I was using Joint Torsion Ratchet & Metabolic Interchange to power everything…

Well, I lolnoped out of the burning house, and out of town, in my new beetle. It seems warehouses exist again, so I found out just on the road out of the town, I’ll use it as my new base.

A big enough group of zombies grabbing a player can be dangerous even on a survivor-gear clad survivor doing melee.

Having a horde of zombies grab and proceed to use your body as a crimson paint festival is the ultimate in a apocalypse survival experience IMO.

Made a dash back into town to retrieve as much of the NPC’s junk, and as many books, as I could. Not in any condition to actually cull the swarm, best I can do as run over anything that gets in my way. Bug’s a tad beat up, but not critical.

EDIT: I can now make a rock pot again. Time to get stoned. ba dum tish

My new base. Ice lab below for storage of items that will rot. The minifridges are just there for show, but I suppose I can store booze in them.

No, bad animatronic fox. Go back to pirate’ cove. You can’t loot this booty.

Small town east of warehouse, Fugly Fuzzbot’s Pizza was the only notable feature there. So far got the two gun stores in the larger western town raided. Gonna need to dismantle the crates so I can start building…tables or something. Damnit Azrad, your lust for organization is contagious.

Yesssss. Everything must be organized.

Hell yeah! I’m gonna get motivated to actually finish me a proper base one day and yours gives me something to aspire to.

On a personal note finally found a real cutlass in latest game! I’ve been yohoho with a bottle of rum ever since! Krav Maga, 10/12/10/10 stats, lvl 2 melee and a cutlass is pretty awesome.
Also found a store that must have been a Leadwork’s LLC authorized dealer or something because I haven’t found that many LLC products in one store ever. Not bitching at all though, cutlass in hand, L39 on the hip and a Defender on my back is not bad at all for day 15. For me at least.

I blame you. ;w;
