What's Happening in YOUR Randomly-generated Apocalypse?

Rape train sounds so ugly. I shall prefer it if it’s called the Ravishing train.

Dayum. I really hate all the fungaloids spawned in a fungal bloom.

Nuke the entire site from orbit. It’s the only way to be sure.

And I just encountered my first elite grenadier zombie. It was in the middle of a crowded forest and I couldn’t get a clear shot and it kept sending -hacks to me.

Still less annoying than fungaloids.

My lizard woman finally died so I’m running a non-mutant this time. My really bad day start went pretty well and I made it into an apartment complex where I chilled out until healthy. I found a morningstar and wakizashi. Trying to loot useful things, hopefully enough that I can train up well enough to make a night-time light source. Or go find a console to live near.

Keeping my eyes open for a nice spot for a third base.

Also, how do I build a boat? Is it just like vehicle construction except I have to build it on water?

edit: technically fourth base. Second base was the isolated camp area, but I never got around to developing it.

I initially read it as the Radishing Train.

Main thing is slapping a “boat board” part on it, apparently.

My morale boost from music seems to increase once in a while, but I’m not too sure how it rises.

Already at 94. 6 more and my character will be happy happy joy joy for most of his daily life.

It’s a cumulative (de)buff the more you listen to (mainstream)music to more “addicted” you become to it, It will eventually cripple your INT and the ability to go by without music aswell as random depressed/hyped buffs & increases the likelyhood you cheat on your mate.

misinformation is fun

The only cure is to expand your horizons and acquire international music of ones genre of choice. owo

Wow. First found a smoky bear in a military outpost, and said military outpost has a book for krav maga.

Well, died again, the only other way I’ve died in quite a while*: surprise hulk in a dark underground room with concrete walls. Seriously, how is one supposed to deal with that?

*Primary method of death: glowed by huge boomer at night trying to sneak into a city, followed by mega-mob.

Decent enough armor, I suppose. Does dodging factor in the damage done from getting smashed. Found a hulk as well on the lab, and got smashed to a nearby wall, but damage-wise it didn’t do much.

Taze him, run!

most my toons are able to stunlock pretty much anything from mooses to jabberwocks…
If that seems risky, apply a gun to it :F

Taze him, run![/quote]

Alternatively, especially if you have the UPS bionic, and a tazer modded to run on an UPS. Taze him until he’s dead.

What’s frustrating is when you literally get hit before you see him, and you get hit through the first layer of stone wall… 100+ damage, if the wall was close. Squish.

So yeah, at that point, there’s really nothing to be done - pain level is so high that your speed is 25… would ever a tazer stun the hulk long enough at that point?

Illiterate innawoods nomadic survivor has somehow accumulated a massive stockpile of guns, so using them to raid a lab. Now if I had the skills to install these bionics…

Latest new character is having a great start. Small town to the immediate north of evac shelter. First house has gun basement with only two regular zombies in it. Kukri, RM99 revolver and ammo to match. Even though I have yet to find the elusive saber this is a great start for a regular ole’ survivor with no skills to speak of.

I need to switch out from the laser rifle. Even with just 5k bionic power, it’s pretty much infinite ammo, which makes things too easy.
