Meanwhile, I should consider whether to move all my loot into this refugee center on the other side of town. But whether to clear out the survivors, or let them live, hmmm.

I’ve lead a wounded npc follower to my bedroom so it could get some rest
derped up a lil trying to set up the no-loot zone ( didn’t define the region ) then clicked escape
Instead cancelling the zone creation… i was prompted with the next screen in the sequence.
Upon which screen the game crashed >_> experimental 0C0733e3

capital “Y” opens up the zone menu, the only zone type currently is no loot ( no pickup or w/e you’d prefer calling it )

Made a thread about a week ago about some nonsense and, if i got what coolthulu said right.
That zone type affects npc behaviour [size=7pt]( Ofc given how blunt i am i wouldn’t be surprised if i misinterpreted )[/size]

Will have to see if that works…good god, that would be useful.

It certainly works for auto-pickup, that much i’ve known since 0.B

EDIT 2: Ohgodwut, the fungal tower is practically right next to the refugee center. Well then, I have a spare car and a spraycan flametherower. I think I should see how well fungal monsters can tolerate being ran down, then I’ll use take advantage of how royally, explosively flammable vehicles are…

EDIT 3: Car’s a piece of shit, will need to devise a Plan B.

EDIT 4: Well, I have a drum, frame, tape…and a smattering of gas. Gonna burn out the fungal terrain, push this external tank full of fuel next to the tower, light some stuff, then run like hell.

Well, um…the “drop tinder, light nearby, and run” tactic wasn’t working. Cheated for a flaregun, and well…did you know that I had an externally-mounted gas tank at 100% capacity?

That explosion is HUGE. This seem’s like it would be highly effective aganist everything, I gotta try it now… Just with a smaller tank and a sniper rifle.

I have no idea if it killed the fungus, but it fucking better have.

EDIT: Made another character to see if the tower was dead. Yep.

On day one, he was but a humble janitor. On his head there was an infected wound. He struggled to survive day-by-day, looting food and drink as he went, always worried he may get killed by the zombies. Forty days later, he is a katana-wielding bionic warrior with a 4-ton armored truck.
