I made it to the refugee center. When I got there, music blaring, the zombies from the back corner came out to play. I thought I got them all, but when I talked to the merchant he gave me the mission then he wouldn’t accept my word that I killed 'em all, so I had to lie to him. Is this a bug or did I miss one?
Currently driving my newly acquired SWAT van back to the refugee center. Then I have to go pick up that APC and the quad bike I saw. Time to make a fast scouting vehicle for such tasks as going across the map to kill some bandits and a proper mobile base of destruction and cargo space.
I drove my RV too close to an anthill. There were so many of them they managed to arrest its forward motion and swarm into the cab. A desperate battle ensued and I emerged victorious (rapiers are so beastly) with my clothes in tatters. The mental image was so vivid and exciting and reminded me why I play this remarkable game.
The experimental I’m playing seems to have broken ant aggression - I literally walk around right next to the ant hill, kill ants, butcher them with their nest-mates right next to me, and move on. I don’t think manhacks ever actually attack, either.
Yeah, I think I’m getting a newer experimental build and starting over. Hope that’s been fixed. (that and the map exploration bug.)
Did a heist on several banks and gun stores. Instead of quietly shooting up all the zombies, I wanted to hit several nearby banks so instead I decided to do a mad rush. Jackhammer through bank walls, get all the items I can, and jackhammer in another direction.
And so began one hell of a chase. The amount of zombies all over the streets, and me being smack dab in the middle with barely any place to get cover, would be an instant death sentence if ever I get detected. There was a spitter and shocker brute on nearly every direction I could see, so I basically tore through houses for shortcuts and whatnot.
End result, three banks robbed… one money bundle loot in total.
I reckon that I’ll make that area my second base for realsies. Got a big city beside it, but for most part it should be a safe area. Main prob will be mapping out an area where I can set up solar panels.
For now, indirectly killing flamethrower wielding guards by tossing some explosives beside them.
I’m not really experienced when it comes to streaming games, but I’ve considered doing it for quite a while now. I recall wanting to do one after I finished FTL’s hard mode using Engi B a year or so back.
As for this game, I kinda do want to do it, like I’m just playing the game and I’m thinking, hey, it could be nice if I recorded this, that sorta thing. It may happen in the future, in any case, once I’ve had my fill on this current world I’m doing. Note that I might sound kinda off, vocally, as English ain’t my first language.

I would watch!
Random_dragon, Itchy Metal Thing has motivated you to up your skills to get rid of it, so I’d say it’s a good influence in the end.
No amount of jerky, decent clothing or death mobiles can stop that incessant itch on your backside. Unless somehow you ram said deathmobile into your spine to get the CBM out…
