I can neither confirm nor deny any any relation, real or imagined. He was a Cybercop, though.

I decided to shoot at a missile with explosive 20x66 rounds from my short shotgun.
No horrible, gory death, sadly. But lots of plutonium!
Mmmmm…
How much are your burritos, I would buy one of Abbysynth’s burritos
1 unit of gasoline, or 1 money bundle for a burrito,
1 unit of diesel or 3 batteries for a cheeseburger
Oh man, someone should totally code craftable poutine. I would so make a poutine truck. It is the best food on Earth and very robust
I found out it is not a good idea to use meth anymore. :L
Meth is the best OH SHIT drug in the game, but yeah, you gotta save it for emergencies. It’s super-addictive and really bad for your health.
EDIT: My marloss seed finally produced a plant, but when I harvested it, it just crumbled into spores and a grey fungal glower, which also crumbled into spores. ;.;
Reached start of say 9 with my current failed cyborg. The npcs have been killing fungaloids from the nearby bloom. Making the area liveable at least for now. Shelter is boarded up and i have a cot with sleeping bag by the terminal for night time reading and crafting. Working on 2.0 monster spawn, 91 day seasons. Was able to snag a slightly burnt simple flame thrower from a dead npc who immolated himself in a small forest. Got a bunch of knife spears and working with that and the flame thrower to clear the local zombies out and killing unruly npcs. Wearing a gas mask in the event of rogue spores exploding nearby. 3 of 4 directions is covered in city ( doubled city size ) and am toying with the idea of setting a forward camp in the sewers or work on clearing the local mall once I gather more petrol for the flamer. A vehicle is also going to be a priority. but the zombie mobs have trashed most of the nearby vehicles. So much spare leather from salvaging clothes though. Making large waterskins and funnels for rain collecting and filling a drum with fresh water I am refining.

Anyone remember when there was going to be more than just “low-grade meth” so that it was possible to avoid those oh so pleasant images…?
I had no idea that meth causes hallucinations. That’s how sparingly I use it.
Meth? Not even twice. Once, though.
Well, I have finally (day 8) created a survivor trenchcoat and survivor cargo pants. Mob spawn 1.4, item spawn 1.05. Finally recovered from a cold. This is only the second time I have produced a survivor trenhcoat, and the first time I have made survivor cargo pants.
So, what’s the best way of getting my cooking above 3?

I think Cucina Italiana and chemistry textbooks will up your cooking when it’s at 3. The former can be found pretty much randomly; the latter can be found in places like school science lab storage rooms and chemistry enthusiasts’ basements.
EDIT: Another thing you can do when you’re wondering ‘what can I craft to grind this skill’ is open your crafting menu and search using S:(skill) as your parameter (the S needs to be uppercase in this case). That’ll dredge up a list of craftables that use and train that skill. It’ll appear in two lists–white stuff (what you can craft right now) and grey stuff (what you could craft with your current skills/references if you went and got the tools/components), and each one will be organized with the most difficult stuff at the top. At lower levels (4 and below) you’ll need to make items with a difficulty of at least your skill level to progress; at mid-levels you can also craft things a level under your current skill to progress; at like maybe level 10 you can even craft stuff two levels under to progress.
Oh shootn ignore what i said. Allison read the post properly, unlike me.
I drove down to a fungal bloom in my electric car and took out the infestation with my sweet customized-and-accurized Steyr AUG and the underslung masterkey shotgun. I harvested a giant pile of marloss berries, then set the bloom on fire with my mini-flamethrowers.
I ended up getting Road Runner and Light Eater from the marloss berries, strangely. I’m not sure how they work. If there’s actually a specific list of mutations that marloss berries pick from, or if they just work like generic mutagens or what.
Anyhoo I hopped back in my sweet ride and drove around checking out dead-end roads on my map (since I’d used both a road map and a survivor’s map before, showing me a bunch of roads and some of the buildings but leaving a lot of information out of the picture). One dead-end road I followed had a mine entrance, which I didn’t explore; the other had a missile silo.
This is where everything went to shit. I started exploring the missile silo, but I should’ve brought my grappling hook. One of the staircases downwards dumped me down without a way directly back up, without giving me a prompt to jump down first. There were some staircases headed back up, but that particular path did not eventually connect with the surface. And I didn’t save after wiping out that fungal bloom. ;.;
Everyone previously living in The Stygian Universe perished. Despite repeated attempts to establish a small safe-zone, constant attacks from the undead have thwarted each. It was only after I successfully disappeared into the back of yet another RV without being spotted that I came to the conclusion. Apparently, I’m just meant to cruise around in big ugly mobile fortresses. I spent the better part of the next two days going around and salvaging the parts to make my new headquarters into a proper home. I’ve outfitted it so far with six solar panels (A large electric engine is stashed away in the storage compartment for when I get my skill up high enough to turn it into a hybrid), an internal headlight so that I can keep working at night, a pair of overhead floodlights in case I need to make a hasty night-time retreat, and lastly I used up the rest of my welder’s power supply in order to make repairs to important components such as doors and windshields and the like.
The Mothership’s fridge is quite nicely stocked, and all that’s left to do now is fill up the gas and water tanks properly. Then it’ll be time to hit the road. Hopefully I don’t run into another grenade-launcher turret right outside town…
Started a new game… got seriously damaged by z.
Got away barely… freezing… dehydrated… starving and in lots of pain.
I decided to give killing some triffids a try although my condition wasn t realy good for combat with my head at : health.
A giant spider was there murdered 3 trififds which i butchered and ate.
I live another day thx to my arachnide friend !
Zeds != rapists. -KA101
=D
and thats why you need some accuracy before fighting arachnids… i personally like the 10 stats all round build, even though now my char is 4 enc all around permanently, and one 5
Dat Guyo was just trying to drink cough syrup to be able to go to sleep faster, turns out he drank his whole bottle of coffee syrup
I debugged in a tank drone to see how well I fared.
It seems that they are easy to kill if you have the following:
Apost-threshold mutant character. (So it isn’t hostile until you attack.)
Rivtech short shotgun, loaded with explosive rounds. (The explosion makes it moderately injured with one hit, even though the bullets don’ pierce it’s armor.)
Good armor, for when it fights back. (In my case it was heavy survivor armor)
EDIT: Did the same, but inside my vehicle.
I had curtains installed in my vehicle, and closed them. This way, the tank drone doesn’t go “OMG A THING IS DRIVING IN A VEHICLE MUST KILL” (Wing mirrors provide excellent vision.)
The tank drone died before all the turrets were finished firing.
