What's Happening in YOUR Randomly-generated Apocalypse?
Found my first artifact! Dagger of Shattered Justice.
It adds +4 to STR, +4 DEX too when being wielded, and when used it summons giant bees that aid you.

Friggin. Awesome.
Really cool art.

Found the cutest car ever made. The golf cart.
My life is complete

Edit: It had 6% battery bower. It died in about 5 seconds. :frowning:

Between the “light eater” trait and recycler unit CBM, my insect abomination has been living off of the minute amount of nutrients in soda, never having to eat actual food in the past few days.

not bad at all, erection successfully erected/10
also found a working APC without diesel/batteries and a working flatbed truck. gonna have to build a foldable vehicle to get all this shit together.

After some zombie killing i think i found that zombie children don’t wear any underwear at all.

See here next time for some more Cataclysm Sssscience!

I found out that marloss berries don’t like insectoid abominations.

Me: “Screw you marloss, I’ll just hang out with Tank Drone!”

Tank Drone: “SENPAI NOTICED ME! :D”
Found one of those one-seater electric cars. Something must’ve been broken beause when I started it I couldn’t do anything but turn as it started going 16km/h in reverse. Had me doing donuts for a few hours until the battery went out.

Came back to the cabin, activated a turret I found on a soldier at a FEMA camp - Instantly it tried to kill me even though the description said it wouldn’t (srsly wtf).

Near dead from the turrets betrayal, I went to bed to sleep myself back to health.
Woke up to this.

Some moose thought it was a good idea to interrupt a pissed off, wounded survivor mere minutes after he had entertained himself with a vibrator.
I’m slightly offended at the thought of my character sounding like a moose in heat while he has his fun, maybe that’s what attracted the moose.
I proceeded to but the moose to death with my dildo.
Turrets need a computer-skill roll to get the IFF right. 6 points is guaranteed success, 4-5 should be pretty safe.

Not sure what’s with the car, and if that pink thing’s supposed to be a vibrator then MShock got it wrong. Ref for that is the Hitachi Magic Wand (pic, safe for work, in case anyone’s prurient interests are aroused).

(I wrote the thing, I would know.)

Except I respect the medium of video games too much to just destroy irreplaceable electronic entertainment willy-nilly. :(
If you have problems getting fletching materials, a down-filled blanket (in 0.B) is listed as giving 160 arrows worth of feathers. The world is filled with those blankets.

Alas, down isn’t usable for fletching in the experimentals. In the stable build I absolutely did use down blankets as a source of fletching material.

I was wondering if I should mention that to someone. Anything that nerfs archery is a plus in my book, not that there’s any shortage of broken consoles in the game.

Arcades are brilliant, great for mass producing EMP’s!

Also archery doesn’t really need a nerf, it just needs to be less effective against armoured targets. Want to kill a tankbot with a bow? Just go make explosive arrows. I also wish EMP arrows were a thing.

What IMO makes archery “OP”, is the fact that it is so reliably easy to raise to really effective levels. Making arrows is already for me the way to train up fabrication and you don’t need any special material or tools using power for either the bows or arrows. Arrowheads and metal shafts should at least be made to use welder/forge.

Or a green arrow mod, It would add a fuckton of different types of arrows.

I’M KEEPING THOSE CABINETS INTACT FOR A BRIGHTER FUTURE.

found some marloss berry bushes and proceeded to purge nonexistent mutations from my character

I always made my fletching out of car wheels. You get (got?) a massive amount of plastic chunks from each one you cut up.
Remove a metal frame as well and you’ve got all the materials you need to make a stack of arrows.

My save reached 772 MB of size.

My insect god hasn’t slept in days, even when under the effects of Thorazine. Maybe it has something to do with the all-soda diet. :stuck_out_tongue:

He isn’t even tired, either.
