Really? I’ve never done farming (or construction either). How do you preserve that much food? I figure it’d be useless to farm tons of food just to have it all be inedible shortly after.
Veggies last longer than meat in the first place, then if you have a fridge, but the easiest way is to just dehydrate them all.

Well it bugged out and suddenly the top of lab has turrets. More over spitters seem to actually do damage now. Maybe it’s because I’m still a basic survivor but damn annoying.
Spitters are the only creature in the game that concerns me, that and flaming eyes.

If you’re depressed enough that you’re running down your atomic vibrator (about 2500 charges total, last I checked) trying to feel better, yeah, that is a problem. Fatigue drain would be nontrivial too, so you’re probably using up a hella lot of coffee. Hoping you’ve an atomic coffee maker and supply of iodine to go with. ):

Installed my first bionics EVAR!
Flubbed the solar panels installation, but man is joint torsion ratchet OP. 1 charge for every 3 or so steps I take. A decent drink only provides me with around 30 charges.
Actual functional bionics installed today is a cranial flashlight, an air filtration system, and an internal chronometer. The Air filtration system was then tested by running into a bloated zombie with only a riot helmet on.
One badly poisoned survivor later, and it turns out that the air filtration system would probably be able to handle thick smoke (I need to do some SCIENCE! to test my limitations), but the effects of bloated zombies are too intense for that simple bionic to do anything.
On the plus side, I no longer need to wear a watch, or carry a torch, which means that that is a small amount of weight and volume freed up. On the down side … my 8 int character really struggles to install bionics. I need a big first aid book, as my mechanics and electronics skills are pretty high.
Real men play 8 int characters with int-based skill rust.
(Other minor things of note: Built my first bike from scratch. Installed an M2 browning on the pushbike, and made a test run on a zombie child. Was deeply disappointed that single-shot vehicle turrents didn’t make it into the stable. Was deeply pleased that the turrent kill didn’t make me sad, and the turrent hit once, and literally vaporized half the child, and left gore up to 15 tiles away!)
I just had the most intense chicken walker battle ever. I was driving a new flatbed truck i’d fully repaired when I ran into it. Instead of doing the smart thing I decided to just charge it full speed. So as I drove towards it it began quickly shooting my car to pieces and shrapnel was flying everywhere, but somehow the car kept going. The wheel was torn off, the engine, and the gasoline tank. The battery was also destroyed. The momentum kept me flying towards it though, then I rammed into it with what remained of the car and got out. I was gonna just shoot it to death but I figured that’s boring so I went up to it and used directional emps and chain lightning and battering it with my bow. The aftermath is glorious, theres broken car parts everywhere

My game just crashed but I /was/ walking around with around 300 joints, a homemade flamethrower, stylish sunglasses, two pairs of tactical dump pouches, two pairs of leg tactical whosits, and a survivor harness… …and that’s it.
This has been one of my greatest decisions.
