to Siphon Fuel, you need a Rubber Hose (Can be obtained by Smashing a Fridge to death) and any Watertight Container, to refuel you need to examine the car and look for the tile with the fuel tank, also note the condition, IIRC Yellow-Pink-Red Leaks Fuel, More so the worse the condition is.

Is in summer, after a very long hiatus. The LMOA shelter to the north is still heavily entrenched with zombies, and is very difficult to access. So in the meantime, I am looting an ice lab. I have looted a couple of books (but my 8 int means that learning advanced things is very slow). Installed my first bionic (a battery), and found my first serum (Ursine!). I probably can go toe-to-toe with a turrent, and once I have completely scouted out the level except for the turrent-regions, I will fight the turrent(s)
Little worried about what is in the north-east part of the lab. Whatever it is, it is very loud, and I can hear it from at least 70-80 distance. I would probably be deafened before I have to fight whatever it is. Also, dissicators are a little scary. Saw a zombie scientist get cleaved in two…
After I clear the top level, however, I am going to live there! Build my own little house nearby and everything! The ability to never have to worry about preserving food is just too valuable. And my solar car is gaining more energy than I can use, so I can loot several nearby cities, which is great!

I happened to respawn in a shelter remarkably close to where I was, with a basement filled with zombies. I survived the zombies, and collected the items I had left behind in my previous life, including a functional hippie van, with almost a full tank of gas. A few moments to recollect my skills and make a better melee weapon, and I was off to the nearby lab!
Unfortunately, someone decided to put a tank drone in a roadblock. And I was driving towards it at a leisurely 30 miles per hour.
Needless to say I did not last long.
Oh dear. Tank bots truely are pure death, suffering and regret in ASCII form.
